Open Shuhada Street Global Actions Mapped

Some of us at Palestine Place have been hard at work mapping the global actions that took place last month in solidarity with Shuhada Street in Hebron, known as ‘Apartheid Street’ because it has been completely closed to Palestinians since 2000. This happened in bizarre connection to the Cave of the Patriarchs massacre, and despite Israel has promised to open the vital and once thriving commercial street, it remains closed, strangling social and economic life in Hebron.
